EXTORY is a software company founded in February 2023.
The name combines "Experience" and "History". It reflects our aim to help developers connect the experience they have built up to their career and put it to use.
We started from one problem: in developer hiring and team management, real work experience and results are hard to see. So we build and run Aline.team, which analyzes and organizes development activity, BCTO, which shows a team's work status at a glance, and Ppomnae, a showcase for finding teammates.
Most recently we launched Otleave, an OOTD app that records your outfits alongside weather data, extending data-driven products from developers and teams into everyday life.
Aline.teamAline.team generates developer profiles from Git activity and collaboration records. It measures project characteristics, contribution areas and working style, and reflects real work performance in the profile in real time. Unlike conventional job boards, you can find developers based on this objective data.
BCTOBCTO is a development team management tool that connects to Git to make retrospectives easy and show progress at a glance. It measures productivity from each developer's work patterns and automatically classifies work types such as bug fixes and feature additions, so non-developers can follow progress too.
Showcase "Ppomnae"Post an idea and find people to build it with. Share an idea, or a product or service you have made, list the roles and collaboration terms you need, and recruit teammates. When you invite teammates to Aline.team and collaborate, the work is reflected in your developer profile and can be used as a résumé.
OtleaveOtleave is an OOTD app that records what you wore against the day's weather. Whether it is a commute or a school day, log your outfit with the forecast and let how the day felt become a hint for the next one. It is EXTORY's first consumer app, extending data-driven products from developers and teams into everyday life.
